Fractional Revenue Operations

We run your revenue system. You focus on growth.

Hands-on, fractional RevOps that lives inside your CRM and PSA. We don't advise from the sideline. We execute, maintain, and optimize your revenue system on an ongoing basis.

For MSPs who know what needs to happen but need someone to own the execution.

Knowing what's broken and actually fixing it are two different problems.

You've done the diagnostic. The pipeline stages are defined. The handoff gaps are documented. The roadmap is sitting in a shared drive. But nothing is getting done.

Your team is too busy selling to maintain the system.

Reps are closing deals, not cleaning up pipeline stages or updating handoff fields. The system only stays clean when someone whose job it is to keep it clean is actually doing that work. Right now, nobody is.

Small fixes keep getting pushed to next week.

A broken automation. A field that stopped syncing. A report that doesn't reflect the new stages. Each one is a 20-minute fix that never happens because there's always something more urgent. After a quarter of deferred fixes, you're back to square one.

You don't need more advice. You need someone doing the work.

You've already invested in the strategy. You have the playbook. What's missing is operational capacity: someone who logs into your systems every week and makes sure everything is running the way it should.

Hiring full-time for this doesn't make sense yet.

A dedicated RevOps hire costs $80K to $120K before benefits, and you probably don't have 40 hours a week of RevOps work. You need fractional capacity from someone who already knows MSP revenue systems, not a generalist learning your tech stack on your dime.

What Revenue Operator covers.

Ongoing, hands-on execution. We operate inside your CRM and PSA as an extension of your team.

Pipeline Enforcement

We inspect and clean your pipeline on a regular cadence. That means verifying stage accuracy, surfacing stalled or misqualified deals, enforcing follow-up discipline, and making sure what leadership sees in the forecast matches what's actually happening.

CRM & PSA Alignment

Your CRM and PSA need to stay in sync. We maintain the connection between them, fix breakdowns as they appear, and prevent the drift that causes handoff failures and data mismatches between sales and service delivery.

Forecast Validation

We validate forecast inputs against deal reality on an ongoing basis. As deals evolve, we adjust assumptions so leadership always sees the real picture, not a pipeline inflated by stale opportunities and wishful thinking.

Expansion & Retention Tracking

We make sure renewal dates, QBR triggers, and upsell opportunities are tracked and visible inside your system. Expansion revenue shouldn't depend on someone remembering to check a spreadsheet. We build it into the workflow so nothing gets missed.

Two levels of support. Same team. Same standards.

The difference is how much operational capacity your revenue system needs, not which features you get access to.

Is Revenue Operator right for your MSP?

Great fit if:
  • You have a clean foundation through Revenue Launch or equivalent internal work
  • You know what needs to happen but don't have the capacity to do it consistently
  • You want execution handled, not just recommended
  • You're focused on predictable, scalable growth
  • You don't want to hire a full-time RevOps person
  • You're doing $1M–$10M+ in revenue with a small team wearing multiple hats
Not a fit if:
  • Your pipeline hasn't been diagnosed or cleaned up yet (start with Revenue Launch)
  • You're looking for sales leadership, coaching, or lead generation
  • You just need monthly oversight without hands-on execution (consider Revenue Guard)
  • You want a one-time project, not ongoing operational support

Why fractional RevOps beats the alternatives.

01

Hiring full-time is expensive and slow.

A RevOps hire costs $80K to $120K before benefits, takes months to recruit, and still needs to learn your systems and your business. Revenue Operator gives you experienced, MSP-specific execution from day one at a fraction of the cost. And if your needs change, you're not stuck with a headcount decision.

02

Generalist consultants don't know MSP revenue systems.

Most RevOps consultants come from SaaS or general B2B backgrounds. They'll learn ConnectWise or HaloPSA on your dime and apply frameworks that weren't built for the MSP sales motion. We work exclusively with MSPs. There's no learning curve and no wasted months adapting generic playbooks.

03

Advice without execution is just a to-do list.

Revenue Guard tells you what to fix. Revenue Operator actually fixes it. If your team doesn't have the bandwidth or technical skill to act on recommendations consistently, oversight alone won't move the needle. Operator closes the gap between knowing and doing.

Common questions about Revenue Operator.

Not always, but your system needs to be in a workable state. Revenue Operator is built for ongoing execution, not foundational rebuilds. If your pipeline stages aren't defined, your CRM is full of stale data, and your handoffs aren't documented, we'd recommend starting with Revenue Launch to establish that foundation. If you've already done that work internally, we can start with Operator directly.

It comes down to operational capacity and scope. Core covers the essential ongoing work: pipeline enforcement, alignment, forecast validation, and expansion tracking. Growth adds more frequent system involvement, automation and workflow builds, and support for revenue initiatives beyond standard maintenance. Most MSPs start with Core and move to Growth as their system gets more complex and their revenue scales.

We need admin-level access to your CRM and PSA so we can make real changes, not just observe. We treat your systems with the same care as if they were our own. We'll also need regular communication with whoever owns sales and service delivery so we stay aligned on priorities and context.

Guard is advisory. We review your system, flag risks, and tell you what to do. You execute internally. Operator is hands-on. We log into your systems, make the changes, enforce the standards, and maintain the infrastructure. If you have internal capacity to act on recommendations, Guard might be enough. If you need someone doing the work, that's Operator.

We start with a systems review to understand your current CRM and PSA setup, pipeline structure, and existing workflows. From there, we establish our operating cadence, set up communication channels, and begin executing within the first two weeks. If you've already completed Revenue Launch with us, onboarding is even faster because we already know your system inside and out.
